Hi AVSP-ers,
The program for AVSP 2001 is just about completed, with about 35 papers. We are also planning a poster session, which is still open for submissions. Registration and reservations for the conference should be made by email to

The registration fee will include two nights accommodation in a single room and all meals (beginning with dinner on the 7th and ending with lunch on the 9th) and coffee breaks, use of the conference facilities, as well as materials for the conference and a copy of the proceedings. The fee will be paid to the hotel on site at the conference, when you arrive.
Simply email your name and coordinates with your reservation, and any special needs (e.g., vegetarian, extra nights, etc.). I would advise making your reservations as soon as possible because there may be more attendees than available spaces. This notice is currently going to only authors of papers in order to give you a chance to register early, but it will soon be posted on the web site and sent to the complete mailing list.
Please inform your co-authors, and any paper presenters who you notice are not on this mailing list.
