Papers

Submission of 4-6 page papers are invited in any areas of auditory-visual processing, including:

• multimodal processing of spoken events
• cross-linguistic studies of auditory-visual speech processing
• developmental studies of auditory-visual speech processing
• gesture and expression animation
• modelling of facial gestures
• auditory-visual speech synthesis
• neurophysiology and neuropsychology of audition and vision
• machine recognition of auditory-visual speech
• human and machine models of auditory-visual integration
• auditory-visual scene analysis

Submission will be accepted in electronic format only. Please send as an email attachment.

Paper Format

We are requiring formatted versions of the submitted papers in order to provide a more comprehensive review of the paper, along with detailed feedback to the author(s).

A sample paper is available in Postscript, MS-Word 97, and RTF.

Papers may be submitted in any format. If we have a problem reading the paper, we will contact you.
