The fourth annual Auditory-Visual Speech Processing conference will be held on the campus of the University of California at Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is located on the sunny side of the beautiful Monterey Bay, 74 miles south of San Francisco.

AVSP '99 is satellite of the ICPhS '99 conference in San Francisco, CA. Transportation will be provided from ICPhS '99 to AVSP '99.
