Registration

This page contains information about cost and accomodations. It is informational only. You must go to:
http://www.event-mgmt.com/avsp_radio_reg.htm to register. On site registration will not be available, you must register in advance online.

Reminder: At least one author must be registered by June 1 for paper publication in the proceedings.

Conference Registration Fees

Housing Fees

• Cost is for a three (3) night stay. if your stay is greater than three days your additional accommodations charges will be based on the daily rates of: $79, single occupancy, or $65.50, double occupancy.
  
  
• Accomodations include: two sheets, blanket, bedspread, pillow and pillow case, two towels, washcloth, parking pass and meals.
  
  
• If you will be accompanied by your spouse, he or she may stay with you in a double room in dormitory housing and will be entitled to all conference amenities (i.e., meals and social events).

Commuter Fees

• Includes meals and social events.

Parking

If you are staying on-campus a parking pass will be provided.

If you are staying off-campus you will need to purchase a pass for Monday and possible Tuesday. The cost is $4 per day.

You may pre-order your parking pass when you register.

Refunds

All fees (excluding a $20 charge for processing) will be refunded if you cancel your registration in writing BEFORE 25 June.

Special Accomodations (ADA Requests)

If you will require special accommodations for either the meeting or housing while on the UCSC campus, please complete the form at the registration site. We will need medical verification from your physician which addresses your specific need for the accommodations requested. Please send the verification to:
